We stumbled upon one of Nicole's YouTube videos during our extensive research when planning our move from California to the Sarasota area. We had a few detailed phone conversations prior to our "house hunting" trip and not only was Nicole knowledgeable and thorough, but she was genuinely interested and invested in us and our process. Fast forward a month to our trip and we were blown away by all our time spent with Nicole. She set up an entire weekend of appointments, including a yummy lunch location. She went out of her way to engage our children throughout so that we could focus on the task at hand. Throughout our entire relocation/house buying process (about a year) Nicole guided us and went to bat for us every step of the way. We could not be happier that we found her and would recommend her services 100 times over to anyone who asks.
